Editorial Policy

Our standards for content creation, accuracy, and transparency.

ZexGram is committed to publishing content that is original, accurate, transparent, and genuinely useful. This Editorial Policy describes the standards we hold ourselves to.

Original Content Standard

Every article published on ZexGram is written originally by our contributors. We do not:

  • Copy or republish articles from other websites
  • Scrape content from RSS feeds or automated sources
  • Spin or paraphrase articles from competitors
  • Use AI tools to generate articles without substantial human writing, editing, and factual review

Original content is a commitment to our readers and a foundation of the trust we are building.

Research and Fact-Checking

Before publishing, our contributors are expected to:

  • Verify factual claims from primary or authoritative sources
  • Test and verify software and tool information wherever possible
  • Distinguish clearly between verified facts and personal analysis or opinion
  • Link to source material where appropriate

We are a small, growing publication. We do not have the resources of a large newsroom, and we acknowledge this honestly. Where information may be incomplete or require further verification, we say so.

Corrections Policy

We correct errors. When a factual error is identified — whether by a reader or by our team — we correct the article promptly and note the correction clearly.

We do not silently delete incorrect information without acknowledging the correction. Transparency about mistakes is more trustworthy than pretending they never happened.

To report an error, use our contact page.

Content Updates

Technology information changes. Articles that were accurate at publication may become outdated as software updates, services change, or better information becomes available.

When we update an article with substantive new information, we note the updated date on the article. This allows readers to know whether they are reading recently reviewed content.

Author Attribution

Every article on ZexGram is attributed to the contributor who wrote it. We do not use anonymous or unnamed bylines for original content.

Author profiles represent genuine contributors. We do not create fictitious expert profiles or exaggerate contributor credentials.

Independence

Editorial content is independent from any advertising or sponsorship relationships. If and when sponsored content appears on ZexGram, it will be clearly labelled as such and kept editorially separate from independent articles.

Anti-Plagiarism

Plagiarism — the representation of another person's work as your own — is a serious violation of our editorial standards. Contributors are required to ensure their submissions are original work. Any content found to have been plagiarised will be removed and the contributor relationship terminated.

Feedback

We take editorial feedback seriously. If you believe we have published inaccurate information, unattributed content, or content that otherwise violates these standards, please contact us via our contact page.
